Warranty
Rest assured - all LAMY writing instruments purchased from official Australian LAMY retailers are covered by a four-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects from date of purchase. If your purchase was made via one of our LAMY Australia authorised retailers (found here) any warranty query will need to be directed to the original place of purchase.
If you have purchased via LAMY Shop Australia and you experience problems with your writing instrument during the warranty period, please contact us at service@lamyshop.com.au and we will advise the next steps in resolving your issue.
All faulty/damaged goods require a photo of the pen to be emailed before a replacement will be considered. Products must be purchased from official Australian LAMY retailers (as shown on our Store Locator) in order to be eligible for warranty cover as the warranty is only applicable for authorised stock sold in Australia and New Zealand.

For small repairs please refer to your local specialised retailer who will have a comprehensive range of spare parts for Lamy writing instruments on stock.
