When will my order ship?

Express Post orders will typically leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days, while Standard Shipping orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress. For more information, please see the Shipping page.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive. Most of our orders will ship with Australia Post's eParcel service, so you'll be able to track it once it leaves our warehouse, and that service will give you a more accurate estimate for when your order might arrive. If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-3 business days (depending on where in Australia it's going). How can I return an order?
